I mostly use Microsoft Access as a platform since it is an extremely powerful tool. It is the most widely used database system and since there are so many developers, you will always be able to get support for your database. I also use SQL Server for more demanding database situations.
Sometimes clients require mobile access to their data which I can develop so that you can interact with your data from your phone, ipad or tablet.
Most of my clients are quite local and so I am not just a voice at the end of the phone. However, I do have clients further away that I provide systems and support for using remote control software.
The most important part of the process is understanding the client's needs and making sure that a system is created that will fulfil these requirements in the most efficient way and will be easy to use. Therefore it is important for me to meet the people who will be using the system and the people who will require information extracted from the system. I hope that my years of experience will be able to benefit your business in the same way that it has benefited my other clients.
